  Arrived at the store opening 8:28am, parked car directly in front of store window opposite counter. Took my tyre that needed repair out and stood directly in front of store door. Waiting till 10 to 9 no one had signs out to show were open. Two men were at the counter and could clearly see me with the 17" heavy rim I had with me.
  No one came to greet or say if they were ready for opening. Disgusting lack of service. The negative reviews here are correct
  **Edit went back there that afternoon signs were out, walked in questioned about incident in morning. Owner had complete look of confusion. If you don't notice someone at the front door of your store don't be putting tyres on cars. That's how you end someone's life.

  Quoted $50 for an alignment and charged $70 because I asked them to take the steering wheel off an set it straight while still on the alignment machine (one nut that I exposed for them, wheel slides off spline). Service was terrible, man was arrogant and dismissive and obviously didn't understand the very simple thing I was trying to explain to him. Hire some competent staff ffs.
  
  Never ever ever again.
