- JayTeaRyan Added September 15, 2022★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Have been unable to get through to them on the phone for quite some time, asks for an ID and a PIN number. Went down to book an appointment in person and was told the phones are working fine and when shown the phones were indeed not going through to them was once again told there’s nothing wrong with the phones. Maybe fix this issue as it’s a real inconvenience having to book appointments in person when you have a small baby.
