  2 stars because the food was good but my order was very messed up when we were finally served by a polite young lady who took my order then plunked on counter by young man who prepared it and didn't miss a beat from his group conversation behind the counter
  Customer service even eye contact goes a long way in my book

  Terrible, rude customer service. When we arrived, we were not greeted, no smiles, and a very grumpy face on all the staff. We had to wait for them to finish chatting before they took our order at the counter, and it wasn't even a busy day.
  
  I hope this gets to the manager of the place. Our food box was thrown on the table. This has to be one of the rudest staff at any KFC branchlet I've ever experienced. The staff name is Tyler, I spoke to him and I told him it's not very nice. I did not use vulgar language, from a man to a man, I just told him it's not civil to do that. I hope no one receives treatment like this from that staff.
  
  If only I could give negative stars.

  I've been a regular customer here now for the past few months. I love KFC chicken and the service I've received at this outlet has been very good. Meals are served quickly. Chicken and chips have always been fresh & crispy, staff are generous and helpful. Good seating arrangements indoors and outdoor. The staff maintain the restaurant well and keep it clean and COVID safe everytime I've been there. There's ample of parking space. I usually go for the original tenders box and add extra tenders.

  Online ordering worked well. I picked up in the drive thru. Was very fast. The chicken and coleslaw were all delicious!
