  I had terrible experience with the property I purchased from VOS developer. I am very disappointed with the VOS staffs and the quality of the house they built . At first, I upgraded the mirror wardrobe , they just glued the back of the mirror to be attached to the wardrobe without frames or mounting corners to hold the mirrors . Less than 6 months the glue doesn’t work anymore then the mirror fall off . Luckily no one was in the room when the incidence happened otherwise some one would be injured or die. It took them almost 3 months to fix the problem. Secondly, it rains the water leads into the room through the window. The roof is flapping badly when string winds come. They have fixed those problems except for recently, my place got big problem due to the bath lead which cause the wooden floor to be damaged . They took off the wooden board then didn’t replace the new one for me . They requested me to clear the account before fixing it while the insurance of the building is 7 years and the place was completed less than 1 year. They blamed on us for putting the wirer through the sink . That is ridiculous as the 1,5 mm wirer can’t puncture the pipe . The pipe they installed was a default item which already causes the bath sink to be blocked all the time . When they came to take off that pipe, the pipe was deformed because it couldn’t withstand the temperature of the hot water from the tap . They then took the pipe away and did not give it back to me , didn’t take photos of it for evidence. I mean they didn’t go through the official procedures for collecting evidence .They tried to eliminate the evidence and also sneaked to my place stole the wirer which I used to put through the sink due to the blockage day. Actually that wirer was too short to reach the damage part of the pipe which caused flooding . I think that was a reason why they tried to steel the wirer .
  A witness who was a plumber for 40 years , he also saw the pipe and witnessed the incidence he stated he hadn’t never seen such a pipe like that for a bath ( it looks like washing machine pipe ) and he also claimed the distance between the bath and used water tank is too far away so the pipe they used would be twisted around and would cause blockage all the time . The pipe wasn’t suitable for the bath . Everything was captured by my outdoor and indoor cameras.
